Crimes are not confined to the north of the country. Amnesty International has also documented cases of torture, extrajudicial executions, enforced disappearances and attacks against political leaders, journalists and other people who expressed dissent peacefully in the south, where the capital Bamako lies.

Africa needs builders, stone and brick masons, carpenters, engineers, painters, machinists, chemists, blacksmiths, shipbuilders, miners, gunsmith, manufactures and teachers. We need to find people who know how to take raw materials and turn it into a finished product.

As a black person, I hate to watch the pillage of the continent from White People, Chinese People and Arabs all at once when there is virtually nothing I can do about it.

They make it seem like those primitives are so grateful for the aid of their white knights. smh I don't mind France helping, but they do nothing at their own expense. Someone will pay for their presence and I would much rather if such conflicts were able to be resolved by the nation or a union of nations.

How would this be accomplished, since a good portion of many African populations consider themselves Muslim first and African second and I doubt these Muslims view Islamists the way we do.

A lot of Muslims in these countries are accomplished, prosperous, and influential. I don't think this is an easy thing.

I kinda think this is a horrible plan. If anything it will cause retaliatory actions. These people are rich and well funded.
