Low key, WandaVision is going to be the illest shyt in Phase 4 of the MCU lol, and regardless of how you wanna slice and dice the timelines, I don't think you can start a new X-men franchise with 80+ year old Mags/X.

Xavier doesn't necessarily have to be as old as Magneto and you can have Mags de-aged like they did in the comics.

I think it's best to introduce him in a GotG, Cap Marvel, or some other space flick. Just adjust his origin and say he used his powers/intelligence to explore the universe and solve the ills of worlds in a scientific way, but now there's mounting pressure for him to take a more active approach. And of course make it meta, with him being black.

You could even say there was a major threat on earth tied to him being there (Antiman/Void like thing) that caused him to leave earth for the betterment of his wife/kids and planet, so now he has to solve that problem (prelude to the Ultimates) and then deal with returning to his family 20+ years later.

Or something to that effect
