And what does "three million more" mean?
Is it normal to have more men than women in any given population?
Surely there are more women than men if we look at the black population as a whole because women outlive men.
To get a more accurate number, you need to first define:
1. What is the typical marriage age range?
2. Out of that group, how many more women are there than men?
