Most of those people never knew the whites in their family or grew up in their culture, besides being in the american culture as a whole which is a mix of 'black" and "white", so how the hell is "Almost everything positive that's black originated from white folks"? The majority of their family and friends were black which is why they fought to get their rights. If they were part of the whites they would just mingle in and enjoy their life which as you see they couldn't yet you give them props because of one white person in the blood, not necessarily family who they grew up with and learning their ways which helped them become freedom fighters. In the words of Flavor Flav, "you deserve a smack for that man"
