I'm in two minds regarding penalty takers.

I'm assuming Southgate put on Sancho and Rashford to take penalties because they practiced and did well (has to be because Sancho never took a penalty before). I don't like it because taking penalties in training is not the same as finals of the Euro Cup. Star players who are used to the spotlight and pressure like Sterling and Grealish should be stepping up and taking on that responsibility.

It's all good when it's time to show off your calves all in the videos but when it's time to step up you shouldn't be hiding behind a 19 year old.

But my second thought is if Sterling/Grealish were scared and said no, then you really don't want them going up there anyway. If you're scared, you're scared
