Also bringing on sub penalty takers rarely works. Fine if they get to play 15 mins or so but Sancho never touched the ball and Rashford just did one tackle. You can’t go from sitting on a bench for 120 mins to scoring a pen in the biggest game in your country’s history for 50 years.
