Shia Labeof has been officially sidelined and they're trying to call him crazy....after he was the only one to halfway stick up for her.
Cosby's fall is suspect because of timing, the fact these chicks kept trying to get shyt from him. He pissed someone off and now an example is being made of a nikka who decided not to pay settlements anymore.
Why only focus on him instead of talking about Hollywood culture and making sure others didn't go through the same thing? They're only focusing on Cosby, therefore it's personal not justice.

Rule of thumb is dont have sex with women that have been using drugs or alcohol beyond the legal limit.
Most women don't take advantage of that...but it has legal merits if she can prove she was under the influence of drugs even if she has a high tolerance and was really okay!

I strongly disagree. The media is really driving home the point about him being formerly known as "America's Dad". His legacy has been permanently damaged and they're going to make sure that it is. Do you have any links for comment sections or media platforms that prove otherwise?

And what kills me is that she came forward 2 days before the statute of limitations ran out. 2 DAYS.
They can't prove anything unless they have some outstanding circumstantial evidence and witness testimonies (VERY unlikely). But realistically speaking, it cannot be proven because we're too far removed from when the acts allegedly occurred.
They'll probably drop the criminal charges after a certain point and go forward with civil litigation, where there's a much lower standard of proof (preponderance of the evidence)
