Any good Monday morning QB would say there's no point in putting him in prison, but I'm just curious how we'd feel if this was a different type of crime that we couldn't really justify. Let's say this dude was convicted of a sex crime against a child and allegedly turned his life around, even becoming a positive member of society. I'd still say fukk him, let him rot.

Something like this story, on a much smaller scale, just happened to me. I got a parking ticket in a different state a couple years ago. Scheduled a court date to fight it, but moved out of state by the time the date rolled around and canceled the date, but that never processed through the bureaucracy, so they charged me court costs for the hearing (guilty by not being there), on top of my $50 fine. I paid the $50 and told them to fukk themselves on the extra money. This was 2012. The car was in my dad's name. He just got a letter today saying that there was a warrant for his arrest.

interesting. He did turn his life around but then again he did serve the time. I do not know what to do in this situation.

they don't care, what he been 13 years, he could've cured caner they still wouldn't care
they want his ass in jail because they missed out on that bread for him being in there for 13 years, them cacs is furious

Basically. The whole "point" of jail is so that the inmate turns his life around like the cat in OP's post did. But we know the REAL point of the prison system is income and control, if they let this slip nikkaz might start gettin' ideas and crackaz can't let that happen :usure:

armed robbery with a bb gun and no one was hurt? :usure:

:camby:

I don't know Missouri laws, but assuming it's similar to most states, how in the f*ck you get more time for robbery with a BB gun with no shots fired than you do for manslaughter? :dwillhuh:

the black cat is my crown...
i say, give him 90 days in jail, one year of probation and be done with it.... the guy proved more successful in turning his life around than the criminal justice system could have... he has a family, a business, and is a positive member of the community... why tear all that up just to extract a pound of flesh? mississippi screwed up.... their fault... next...

Hearsay and conjecture, he was obviously guilty :troll:
prisons are in the BUSINESS of incarnation. they don't give a fuq about no niccas. so he needs to pay something. and he's got businesses and stuff going on :patrice:
right now they're counting the money they could've made off him and give him the tab. if he wants to stay out he better be ready for that bill.. but it's gonna have to take some celebs or white faces to jump in on this one to keep him out. i hope he hired some white people.

sh1t sounds like a denzel movie being saved by a cac.
