The senior partner of one of the jackals — Mark Kroeker — was a Deputy Police Commissioner of a UN mission,at one time and also was working for Disney during the Coup d'État of 2004. These unexplainable license plates were found with the strike team after they just left Haiti's Central Bank.

I Think the military term is FUBAR.

However, the larger question is where their direct association with the UN police, Dyn Corp and the Bank of the Republic of Haiti will lead…

One of the — let's just say it — mercenaries or jackals, Kent Kroeker is a partner with Mark Kroeker who just happened to run a spooky international security consulting firm out of Orange County in Southern California. As of this writing the clean-up committee is a bit red-faced and Red-Bulled. You don't need Wikileaks this time, the biggest questions are already published and promoted. Take you choice, there a myriad of dots that can be connected.

The primary participant that's the main subject of this article, Kent Kroeker, knows all about sweeping operations, "…Kent specializes in 'post event' failure …" The rest of the participants all have their own threads of interest — three other US citizens; one Haitian; one Serbian: and finally, one Russian, who provides the direct link to the Trump administration (I presume).

While Kent's resume provides abundant speculative entertainment, it's his family's Senior Partner that should come as the most provocative to Haiti political nabobs. His published resume:

Deputy Police Commissioner of the UN’s Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNMIBH) • which ended shortly before Haiti's Coup of 2004. In 2005 there was a significant contingent of Bosnians serving as the UN Police. In a personal interview with them (sharing more than one Prestige) they talked about the dumping many ballots in the Presidential Elections.

Most amusing is that around the time of the Coup of 2004 he was getting paid as the Vice President for Global Intelligence and Crisis Management for the Walt Disney Company.

American Airlines security in Miami, Florida allowed a former US Marine Jacques Yves Duroseau to board a flight to #Haiti this afternoon, with weapons, ammunition and drones, according to reports. He was arrested by Haitian authorities upon arrival. Story is developing....

According to reports, former US Marine Jacques Yves Duroseau received written authorization from American Airlines to travel to #Haiti with the weapons. He allegedly said he was on a duty to "restore order" in the country.
