Yeah I got that vibe too. She kinda seemed money hungry too… “oh you’re retired..” she also seems like one to go back and forth
I like how she tried to put the height thing on the man's ego too
"Well I just feel like it's an ego thing and I've dealt with guys who couldn't handle being shorter than me in heels"
. Only women think their height permanently changes when they decide to put on heels. Just say you prefer a taller dude and keep it a buck
And she didn't even ask how dude is "retired". It looks like he was in the Navy. Let's say hypothetically that's where he "retired" from. He 34 now, maybe he joined at 18 yo, and maybe he did 16 years which means he had to get a medical retirement (because you not "retiring" otherwise unless you do 20. He could also be using retired and separated interchangeably for the uninitiated. I've seen a 22 yo dude on another PTB show that did 4 years in the military saying he "retired" but that's another story
)
Depending on his rank and time-in-service, with a medical "retirement" he likely pulling ~$1.5-2k a month at most. That's if he did 15-16 years...There's also the flipside, and he may have just did 4-6 years and he's not collecting much of anything at all and he not really "retired". It's nice to get passive income regardless, but the point I'm making is it's disingenuous to say I'm "retired" as a flex here because:
1. You're not getting paid much
2. You still gotta work. Most enlisted people who retire
at 20 and get paid more are using their retirement pay for their mortgage.
But the bird that just hears "retired" is willing to ignore 2 baby mothers, so clearly his method works
