Didn't watch the episode, but staying in shape/stay away from alcohol and cigarettes, goes a long way. I work out with some 40+ married women and the look a lot better, some of them are white and look a lot better. Yeah you can tell some were deep in the nightlife, which is fine but gotta stay healthy
