The question is, should we be looking into these cases a different way? Is every student, young person a "victim"? Should we judge these situations on a case by case basis or just hit every situaion with the same broad stroke?

We have to realize these encounters are more complex than age of consent laws and rape laws can handle.

He acted as a child and THOUGHT as a child. You can tell this from what little snippets of conversation between them we've been exposed to. He was ABSOLUTELY a victim because he was preyed upon - yes, PREYED upon - by a woman who was nearly 15yrs older than him. What fukking business does a whole grown ass adult have soliciting or even accepting offers of sex from a 13 year old CHILD? Most 13 year olds are still going through puberty and their brains are only half way finished developing. They don't even know what the fukk they THINK they're consenting to.

Nothing about this shyt is "complex". I don't give a fukk how much he might have "enjoyed it" or thought he "wanted it", he was a fukking CHILD.

I have the same take on it as you when it comes to teenage girls,just not with teenage males. But I understand the laws,and I'm not advocating for women to be let off at all. Only pointing out that I understand and can agree with the reality that the men who do this get harsher penalties. No difference in how kids don't suffer the same penalties as adults.

A LOT of grown adult women find teenage boys to be physically attractive.

The amount of choosing signs I started receiving from older women when I was 15-16 was ridiculous, and I didn't look older in the face either.

I always been big into working out even as a kid. We had a school trip to the pool when I was in the 7th grade and I still remember the look some of the female teachers gave me (yes they were white).

Yeah,at 13 I was a kid in alot of ways,and I'm sure those child soldiers are too. I think its a big difference there though,and in the streets. In those situations you often have adults using there adult influences to get these kids to do what they want,rather the kid may want to do it or not. I don't think those kids wake up wanting to go around killing,stealing and raping. But at 13 I,along with many other males my age woke up wanting to fukk something.

I think the argument is that these adults in these sexual situations are using their adult influence on these kids to get them to fukk. Knowing what I know,especially with boys,I would argue the boys have more influence on the female teachers when it comes to sexual identity. Because boys have to use influence to get the opposite sex,where as women don't.

So male teachers should actually face stiffer penaltys,because its a good chance he was using influence to get young girls to fukk him. Where as the female teachers were probably influenced by the boys.

I remember girls in HS were definitely trying to flirt with male teachers. They were more open with it than the guys
