This is where the both sides argument falls.

The only reason those things dont exist in America is because of Republicans who are actively fighting against it. Go to places without Republicans in America like New Jersey or New Mexico and you magically find things like free college education for all residents. Or New York , Maine, Maryland, Hawaii and Massachusetts which do free Junior college for residents.

Look at the expansion of things like Medicaid and Medicare. Would you like to guess which states refuse to expand them? Would you like to guess which stingy States won't even add dental Care to Medicare for the poorest residents?

And of course on the national level, none of this stuff can pass no matter how much it's suggested because of REPUBLICANS. Obama's magnum opus was supposed to be the ACA. Do you want a guess which party took a chainsaw and disfigured that policy beyond recognition? That was not a group project.
Yep. Bar for bar the Northeastern US matches anywhere on the world.

This is facts. I'll tell everyone that I know, you'd think that you have it good in America until you travel to some of these Asian and European countries.

That's when you realize that America, outside of offering you a high ass salary, is worst than some 3rd world countries in quite a few aspects.

To name a few: public transportation, healthcare, CoL, cost and/or quality of public education, murder rate, vehicle quality, and overall cohesiveness.

Edit: If Americans were somehow forced to spend a year in Japan after high school, they'd come back home and riot:pachaha:.

If an American was forced to go to Japanese high school and work a Japanese job for Japanese pay they’d shoot themselves.

Idk if that’s entirely the case breh… hopefully one day yall recognize that @#BOTHSIDES is the truth

pharmaceutical and healthcare companies have some of the biggest lobbyists groups

Do Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Companies Lobby Against a National Healthcare Plan?
Yes, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies actively lobby against a national healthcare plan, such as “Medicare for All” or any major expansion of government-financed health care. Major industry groups—including insurers, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and physician associations—have formed powerful coalitions specifically to oppose single-payer proposals and public options that would reduce the role of private insurance and increase government regulation over pricing and coverage

What Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Companies Lobby For

-Opposing Drug Price Caps
-Protecting Profits and Market Access
-Influencing Drug Approval and Regulation
-Shaping Major Healthcare Legislation
-Defending Intellectual Property
-Reforming the 340B Drug Discount Program
They seek to change or limit this program, which requires them to provide drugs at reduced prices to certain hospitals and clinics.
-Influencing Coverage and Reimbursement
