Saw the movie today. Felt like a let down.
I also put this in the Let's ruin our favorite movie/tv show thread:
Elizabeth Shawget's a C-Section and still manages to do linebacker shyt. So she got sealed and stitched up but her insides got healed in matter of seconds too?Even with her in pain and all dem grunts she manages to do some over the top shyt for a person straight off the operating table. I ain't buying it.
she was pumping herself up with painkillers.
I asked my sister about it and she says even on painkillers someone wouldn't being doing all what she did so soon.
Told me it's the future and just let it go

It's the future you clowns. It is a sci-fi movie. So let me get this straight.. you weren't bothered by the fact that they were asleep for two years and traveled a billions miles away from earth to a galaxy we've never heard of that is inhabited by ALIENS but the fact that they have stronger painkillers or levels of pain tolerance or computerized medical procedures is where you draw the line? this thread is inhabited by fukking morons.

I didn't say I didn't like sci-fi films.
I'm actually big into the genre. Matter of fact I've enjoyed more nonsenscal sci-fi films more than Prometheus.
What bothered me most about Prometheus above all else was that it felt like an empty movie. The plots in the first two Alien movies were more interesting.
Which is why I said it's kind of a let down. 7/10 from me
To be specific, maybe the reason I focused on the nonsense shyt is because Prometheus was kind of a bland movie.
