Been a long time since a movie has been analyzed, broken down and criticized as much as prometheous.

I actually liked the movie some but it really does have some ludicrous and mind boggiling errors and holes..ridley scott actually signed off on these ideas which is just as crazy.

that explains it then.. I was just saying that the black goo = the smoke monster on Lost, matter of fact we could probably run down the Lost cast and match them character for character to the cast in Prometheus. IT MAKES SENSE NOW!!

I didn't have a problem with understanding the film, but what they are saying in that thread (even the forum) does make me think a little more and also makes me enjoy it even more than I did before. I understand that isn't for everybody, though.
