No. But it’s pretty safe considering the history of the company and their investments in government securities .

I don't believe in ONLY taking 15 year fixed rate mortgages. I belive a 30 year is better cuz the payment is lower, and there is not penalty for paying it early, thus giving u more flexibility

I just watched this video where the he explains that there's no real savings in 15 vs 30 year. He had a table showing it was equal in the end. He said if you want to save the get a 30 and pay what you would pay on a 15. I'd post it if I wasn't on my phone.
