The userbase has let other members slide for years with questionable shyt. If we actually modded like a normal forum you all would revolt.

Noted so how exactly should I go about exposing such behavior.

When you see questionable posting, report it so we can review it. Try to make sure it's legit and not petty though. Example, someone disagreeing with your opinion doesn't make them a racist/cac/c00n/etc. Someone disagreeing and using white supremacists talking points is something that needs to be looked at. Report that sort of thing.
