If it's one thing Disney hates it's the idea of paying other people for their ideas. They'll twist/"polish"/"modernize"/whateverthehell things into their own version, guaranteed...instead of just leaving what works and what people liked in the first place.

If they really wanted to up the ante, they'd toss Karen Paige's wide-eyed-bambi-in-the-forest routine in the bushes and bring Frank Castle in the mix.
