It has a HDMI output. It's either or. You can connect it to the router via a Ethernet cable to transfer files or you can use a cisco usb wireless adapter. Up to you. Mine is in my bedroom connected to my TV via HDMI. Blu rays look so crisp

If you have a Roku you can play mkv files without a problem through Plex.

I'm covered for every room that I watch shyt in. You put Plex Media Server on your PC, add the folders where your stuff is at and you feast. This app even grabs the cover art for you, all you have to do is update the library after you add it.

almost ALL of the ones on ebay or anywhere else that are jailbroken used, so if you do buy make sure its from someone with good ratings, brand new ones are dam near impossible to find and cost $250 +

almost everythinng,i don't think it plays wmv

It plays WMV, but only a specific codec I think. WMV is on the list of file types it plays, but I do vaguely remember having trouble with one wmv video to play once tho.
