I am thinking about being a raw vegan after learning about the 70+ year old lady that turned raw vegan and she says that she doesn't even take asprin and she looks like shes in her 30s.

Anette Larkin

The problem is, Im already a skinny nikka and I was planning on working out and gaining weight. Are there any high calorie (2,800 - 3,000 calorie) RAW VEGAN diets? I am piecing random foods together using this website but I don't know how efficient this is.

A google search basically is sending me in circles.

:snoop:

A few NFL players are starting to switch to vegan diets but I haven't heard of any athletes using to a raw vegan diet. I did a quick Google search and couldn't find anything concrete. You probably would have better luck finding a book on the topic and going from there.

Do you know where I can find a meal plan that has everything that I need to eat and the quantities/nutritional value?

forgot about this thread :pachaha:

but while i havent peiced together a actual meal plan seems like the best bet is to eat alot of potatoes avacado coconut hemp seeds varieties of nuts (all of them) beans (sit and seal them in water for a while so they get soft without cooking) chikpeas dates olives figs and peanut butter all natural of course

I was watchin' the Texans vs Saints and they were saying that Adrian Foster is a vegan...:ohhh:

Im just gonna piece together my own meal plan. I looked up the Daily Recommended Value of all the Vitamins/Minerals we need and how much each food contains.

If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll post it in here when Im done.

I saw that too so I looked up the article. It said that usually football players need around 7,000 calories a day so its hard for me to imagine him getting all of that from vegetables. He has a nutritionist to help him out so he'll be okay.

They flashed what a typical meal day was for him, I just remember much of it.

While putting this meal plan together I see that there are a lot of calories in these nuts and vegetables. A 3,000+ calorie meal is definitely feasible. :gladbron:

Update: So I'm reading that your body consumes less calories when eating raw foods. :sadcam:

I'm not sure how valid that is but still I'm tryna find if its possible to prepare foods for maximum calorie absorption. If yall know anything about this educate your brethren. :shaq:

Also, as a bonus I'm thinking about making a meal planner in excel that will calculate the total nutritional value of foods and calculating the calories, carbohydrates, and protein in a calculated field.

Should be good :obama:
After I teach myself how to do it :ld:
