diet wise the houston texans are expected to eat 3500 cals a day tho good luck eating ruffage

i just hope yall realize plant protein isnt quite the same as animal protein. Protein isnt some generic molecule like carbohydrates and fats
My goal is to gain weight. I want to make it a lifestyle...not a bulk up on junk and things and then chisel up.
I want to do the healthy eating (whether I gain weight or not) but because I know that these foods are high in calories I know I can gain weight just looking for insight as to the best foods to do this.
