Are the Majority of Movie Theaters doing the assigned seating BS?

Especially on concessions. One local theatre got new reclining seats (not sure if it's the same as what everyone else says) and all of a sudden a small fountain soda (like 20 oz.) was $5. fukk that shyt. Also raise ticket prices by a couple bucks.

Instead of the other theater taking advantage of being able to take all the customers from the other theater by keeping their lower prices, they also decided to jack up their prices. Might get Moviepass for this summer when I have the chance to actually take advantage of it, September thru the first week or two of May I would be throwing away money by being a subscriber. That's why it was nice that I could go see a matinee movie for $6.50 on the rare occasion I had the chance during the busy months. Now I'll never go unless I have Moviepass.

Nikka they have to pay people to build those systems and maintain them....that cost gets funneled down to the consumer....

I build enterprise software for a living and know how much it costs to maintain them.....you trying to justify something and don't even know what's going on

Only time I ever paid a convenience fee was when I had to pay off a traffic ticket. Yes I will pay a few bucks to avoid going to the courthouse for the "trial" and dealing with all that bullshyt.

As you will see from my posts in this thread, I have never once complained about waiting in line at a theater nor have I complained about the seats I have gotten. Nearly every single time I go, I have to wait in line like a minute or two tops. Anything longer than that is pretty rare. Stop posting bullshyt.
