I haven't done one in years. Last night i did 60 as an addition to my warm up. All other exercises seem necessary except the full sit up. Plus its awkward as hell. Is it cuz i dont do em that they seem weird?
I agree, totally. The only initial benefit I saw from full sit ups was that my breathing was better than when i just do crunches.planks are more efficient
that's part of the reason I went vegan. But i lapsed on that diet and now I'm back to square one as far as the look I want.but you really want abs, that's why you're bothering with it in the first place, that's all diet and dropping body fat
Me looking at ab rollout videos:Ab rollouts are all you need. Don't do them if you don't already have very solid core/back strength though or you will destroy yourself.
