Ponds
I usually cook them in the oven then pan fry them, no oil or grease.
Just a small amount of Pam on the pan then some seasoning.

A normal sized potato baked or microwaved or boiled without oil is 225 calories and packed with fiber and potassium and other nutrients

It is also one of the most filling foods on Earth

Cut up some chicken and mix it in with a small amount of barbeque sauce and you will be full for hours

I'm sure some Food Babe blog reading turd will try and claim something negative about the starch, but :camby:fukk that

Potatoes without oil = amazingly healthy

Yes they are. Full of fiber, potassium, and bringing in at least 4 grams of protein per potato. Nothing wrong with potatoes if you're not frying them or drenching them in condiments or butter.

White potatoes try steaming. Good cheap food by the bulk. Sweet potatoes more nutrient dense.
Red potatoes better than white nutrients.
All can be cooked in microwave slice long way into quarters. Microwave prep retains greatest nutrients.
