Why would being evil transform you into someone with brown skin and an afro?

All other races say and do shyt behind closed doors but when they see you in real life they're quick to cross the street or look at you in your eyes to make sure they can see what your next movement is?

No, that's actually copying Marvel's Collossus who is also a Russian brute and wear a similar attire. All they did was change his skin gray why couldn't they have done that for Ryu and Ken. Even the Devil version of the already evil Akuma is depicted as gray in his Oni form so why isn't that possible for Ryu or Ken?

Did you not watch the show? That was what the entire saga was about, breaking control and being free. The "M" symbol means Majin and is only seen once Babidi's spell is cast upon someone to bring out the evil in them as well as increase their power as they are not held back by their moral code.

They were all taken as they were the greatest warriors at their time in history. Buu being an ancient warrior, Dabura (The Devil) was the reigning king of Hell and Vegeta was the strongest warrior at then present during the saga.
