Asians in my experience are very tightly knit and avoid contact with other races or even other Asians if they are of a different nationality(e.g. Koreans avoid Japanese or Chinese avoid Thai people).

You're not the first Indian dude I've heard say this, a mate of mine who happens to be Indian wont touch Indian women and is currently dating a South American chick. In fact I also know a Chinese guy that refuses to date Asian women so I'm not sure it's fair to say that Asian males get little opportunity to date outside of their race, we need more Asian males involved in this discussion to get a better understanding of how they feel.

As a Filipino man who is with a Black woman it doesn't get to me at all seeing Asian females go outside of their race. Seeing all those stereotypes they portray in the media however does, from time to time. Because you can be the complete opposite of what they show, but not too many people would look past what they see on TV. Seeing my people act that way in person though has me . My family never really comes off like how they portray, nor do I.
