I sure there are successful Igbos who work hard and have ambition. But let’s not sit here and say, hard work and ambition are the reasons why Igbos/Africans as a whole are well off and the lack of it is why ADOS are fukked up.

Whether a Afram is poor, middle or upper class - they work - HARD. Everyday.

In my personal life, my sister is in Tech (Scrum Master I think its called ), my brother is in real estate - as well as the GM plant. My oldest sis - just as hardworking and successful in her own right.

I can go on. In addition, to my own career and biz -- As someone who deals with tenants sometimes for my family business -- I also know the tenants we have work their ass off - Section 8 or not. Poor or not.

It's not about having lack of ambition or lacking hard work.

Of course our issues are not because we don’t “work hard enough”, it’s because of white supremacy and all the things this country has done to us(Slavery; destruction of black economic hubs, redlining, Jim Crow, denial of loans and grants, etc).
