I never said it did. I know it doesn't matter to anyone that isn't black.

we know because highland ethiopians had names for people that fitted the negro stereotype that they didn't use on themselves which means they thought they were racially different. So my point is that they didn't need outside influences to realize they looked different/were not the same.







Ancient Ethiopia

I'm late to this convo, but just so you now I have the Wallis Budge book and though its extreme detail on Ethiopian history is good, he is an old school British type historian in the worst way. In his history of Ethiopia, everything Negroid is barbarian and inferior and he does everything he can to differentiate the highlanders from the rest of Africa. He even views the highlanders as ultimately inferior to Arabs and Whites and tries to give credit for Ethiopia's stone churches to Coptic monk stonemasons. So consider the source...
