Older artists and their fans just have to accept that eventually, they won't be the top acts anymore...and to just show up when they have shows and enjoy the music.

I agree but if they made timeless classics they should able to tour not just overseas. Prime example Naughty by Nature still tour. I think if you have the catalog people will show up.
