That's good, especially because now that season seven is over the question is becoming what more can they do? They were secret agents, drug runners, CIA operatives and now private detectives. They might get another season or so out of being private eyes and fixing the cliffhanger from the season 7 finale, and then finish out as secret agents again?

It sounds like Adam Reed came up with an idea how to close out the show, with each of the last 3 seasons being different from one another.

I hope this is just a rumor because Archer set in 1947 will be horrible

Don't think I could sit through a whole season set in that time period

Maybe it would have been better to kill it of with Season 7
