Apple got the most basic aspects of it wrong. Since the days of the Oculus Rift DK1 and Google Cardboard, weight and comfort level trumps everything else. No one cares how amazing your headset's lenses and screens are if you are dying to pry it off your head in 30 mins. If HTC produced a metal and glass VR headset in 2019 using a single cloth headstrap, HTC would have gotten laughed off the CES floor. The AVP weighs as much as a Steam Deck. Add in the 2 hr battery life, a corded battery pack, and the low FOV, it's a dog of a product. But journalists judge it differently because they fear losing out on access to Apple review samples and backstage access at Apple events.

when has apple EVER leaned into porn? there isn't even one porn app on the app store for iphone or ipad after all these years.
and apple tv+ (besides disney+ obviously) is the ONLY streaming service that doesn't show any nudity.

I can see the value in this for an OCD multitasker. Other than that, nah I'm good with my Q3.
I just preordered mine. Wouldn’t spend my own money on it but my job is giving me 3500 to spend on rig so I’m getting this.

Not at all. If I said I need $2000 of Honeycombs cereal in my contract then they gonna get me my damn cereal. Vision Pro is a computer breh
