But how will he tax dodge that sale :hubie:

the reason these executives are paid in stock a lot of times is because the tax on capital gains when you sell are FARRRR less than what they'd be taxed if this were straight income. we're talking maybe 10% tax instead of 40%.

At that level you’re not really working like you think. His most difficult job is probably just being the face of the company and doing the keynotes.

And that according to coli super rich bootlickers, is such a difficult job/task and they deserve all the pay and bonuses in the world for it:mjlol:

Just answer the question: do you believe that wealthy people do not deserve to pay taxes? 'Yes' or a 'no', with an explanation.

Cause the way you dodge these questions, is as if you are in bed with their corruption.

Look at the Marginal tax rates of 2021

When they say they are making the taxes higher, they are talking about the rates/percentage. So if they make the 37% raise to 90% (Like they did in the 1950s) it becomes a sliding scale where every rate below it also gets raised. That sliding scale effects every tax bracket. The government can not make money on just the Corporations to get their desired result for Tax Revenue. They would need to tax everyone to be able to have enough money to have these Social programs. The irony is that they have to tax the poor to "help" the poor. This is why making taxes higher never achieves it's desired result. And the middle class feels the most weight from it because Corporations dodge taxes

That's why Biden decided not to raise the Corporate Tax rate either, because he knew the large corporations will just pass on that tax cost to their consumers

Yeah I'm convinced you're a parrot at this point. I literally said it IN THIS THREAD. It's in bold. If you want to skip and not read it that's on you

Everyone should be paying taxes, wealthy or non wealthy. The problem is that higher taxes doesn't effect the wealthy at all, they have the money to dodge them. It effects the middle class because they pay the most taxes

You know what limits Corporation's power? Competition

The preference needs to be on strengthening the Small Businesses. That is the ONLY way the Corporations can't create a monopoly on production and supply. And Small Businesses are the main reason why communities and neighborhoods gain wealth. Job creation will skyrocket with more Small Businesses thriving

Put a Walmart in the middle of a neighborhood. See how poorer that community becomes. Because no money is circulating into the community. They are going instead to their offshore bank accounts with lower tax rates

But that issue is already existing, breh. And it is not even just billionaires that can avoid paying their fair share of taxes, but pretty much anyone that can afford the right talent that know how to legally hide money from irs. Now the real issue is how the tax revenue gets distributed. Because trillions of dollars can be wasted on wars, on a wall and other vanity projects.

Exactly breh. The high taxes that are meant to help the poor are actually hurting the poor, because the wealthy are able to dodge the taxes

The problem is that government is incompetent in "distributing" wealth. They created this mess. The ONLY way to extract wealth from someone is to compete with them

Government has to incentivize Small Business Owners and Self Employed people if they want the power of Corporations to decrease :yeshrug:

Close the loopholes. All of them. Its not impossible, but a lot of people are too lazy to do so. If they dodge it, penalize them by their bloated salaries getting cut, directly.

The kirk to the fields
There should be preference for Small Business owners. They are the most important that should be taken care of. They are the main entity that brings wealth to local communities and up the value of a neighborhood. Also the biggest job creators for everyone

Small Businesses are also the most important in preventing Large Corporations having monopolies

They should get all types of Tax breaks, incentives, subsidies, etc etc
I agree with this

So while the Billionaires are avoiding taxes, the ones who really suffer are the high paid professionals (Lawyers, Doctors, Pharmacist, Union Trade workers, etc) who are in the 150k - 400k range and Small businesses who get the bulk of the tax burden
Things have been like this in America since Reagan. When majority of your money comes from W2 income you losing compared to the people who get their majority of their money from their investments. That's how Warren Buffet has a lower tax rate than his secretary
