A lot of brokies on Twitter complaining about the price of the Ultra. What on earth were people expecting for an all titanium, ultra version of the Apple Watch? I really don't think $800 is that bad, all things considered. Instacop for me.

Apple's not giving you good value for your Pro Max either. Only way to get maximum value is listing it yourself. For some people the convenience of selling their phones back to Apple for 200-400 fewer dollars is a good deal. I want all mine. That's why this 13 Pro is going on Swappa on the 16th

the time savings plus the ease of transaction thru apple is worth it to me vs selling it via other means.

No. I think the better bet...the smarter bet is either the Pixel 7 pro, the Xiaomi 12s, Fold 4, or the Vivo X Fold with that wider outer screen.

I hear you but it all depends

A mint Sierra Blue Pro Max sold for 850 5 days ago and that was 128gb. 14 Plus doesn't have the screen rate, missing a whole extra camera, cheaper build, etc

You could do it if you wanted to but again I get the convenience factor

if anyone plans to upgrade to the regular 14 and not the 14 plus at least, you might as well get the 13, which will be discounted most likely.

I haven’t upgraded since the 8 so might as well get the 14 Pro and hold on for a while…but the lack of a physical sim slot on the 14 got me a lil I’m not a fan at all, but I think it’ll be fine since it’ll be my primary cell.

I got the 12 as my work phone and it’s been working perfectly.

I’ll likely get the 14 Pro, then buy an unlocked refurbished 12 off Back Market for like $700 in cash as my 2nd phone (need that physical sim card slot).

Alright! I went ahead and set up my pre-order for the iPhone 14 Plus. I got the new blue color and got the 512GB storage capacity. I really wasn't expecting to like the blue as much as I do. I'll probably get the new airpods too. So ready for a bigger screen!! Can't wait.

Edit: Okay. I changed the color of my iPhone 14 Plus to purple.

My problem is i live in Germany. I have a German e-sim but also an American att physical sim for when I’m back in the states. I wonder how I will be able to transfer my sim to an e-sim without being in the states.

Yea this is why Ima need to cop that 13 or 12 as a backup phone. I like being able to pop in a sim when I travel with no hassle.

This eSim thing is not needed for me and the downsides (tracking) I’m not good with.

Just decided to pull the trigger on the new Apple Watch SE. The battery life on my 5 has gone to shyt and I don't really use any of the health sensors I'd be missing out on (compared to my 5) and don't really see the benefit I'd get out of the new health sensors that have been added since the 5.

This might be a controversial opinion, but...I think the new Apple Watch Ultra looks cheap. Like something I would have received in a Burger King Happy Meal back in the 90s. I don't know if its the colors, or what, but, it just looks...cheap.
