EJ just need to get the pre snap shyt down like his checks and shyt. That's one thing I loved about Ponder dude probably wasn't the most skilled guy but he had good awareness. I'd love to have seen Ponder play with the talent we have at WR dude would've lit it up.
He wasn't that bad last year all things considered that OL was a joke and dude was fearing for his life in the backfield. He just needs to be average and not make stupid mistakes and make the big pass plays he was missing early on last year.
If I was a non FSU follower I wouldn't take the last 4 games of the season serious. Our OL was in complete shambles and didn't start playing decent until the 2nd half of the bowl vs ND. We managed 90 yards total vs UF and won by 14.

I wouldn't sleep on the 2 games at USF and NC State after that Clemson game. Them USF nikkas gonna play like they life on the line and I just hope our boys don't come out cocky after beating CU. USF beat the shyt out of us at Doak and I hope the seniors this year that played in 09 remember that.
NC State is gonna be improved and we always struggle in Raleigh. Hell 1998 at NC State was one of the most painful losses ever watching Weinke throw 6 picks and watch Torry **** shred us up like he would typically do. I think our record at NC State is 3-4 in the last 7 and the only time we won going away was in 2000 when Rivers was a freshman and we was ranked #6.

defense will be fast but will be inexperienced.....with the offense SC has they will be able to make up for it and Im sure that is why they got voted #1.....Offense is just ridiculous

Yeah, that was a hard hitting game....one of the hardest I've seen in years. What's sad is, we NEVER hit or played that hard defensively against anyone else the rest of the year.

1) You're right .. we need the depth. But luckily .. it seems like all Pipkins got was a stinger in his neck. Word is they'll sit him out thie week from contact drills and see if he's ready to go.
2) Will Campbell's FINALLY been consistant and balling. His pad level is low as shyt, and he finally looks like the guy they gave that 5* to. Also, Jibreel Black might not be a star, but he can play. The'll both be key up front. Throw in Pip (if he's ready to go) and (forgot dudes name) and we'll be fine. Our DLine might not beast, but our back 7 are solid, especially our LB'ers.Remember, we didn't have an all world DLine last year, but with Mattison's play calling and schemes, we had a damn good year on D.
