I brush my teeth 2-3x a day with Sensodyne and use the 3D Whitening mouthwash and I get compliments about my teeth all the time.
Stay away from soda and drink more water alongside that.

I just sprinkle the baking soda on my tooth brush then poor some peroxide on top. Can't do this too often or you'll fukk up your enamel.

Me personally, I do Wednesday and Saturday. But I really don't think it matters.

I heard activated charcoal works really well. I need to buy some actually.

Trust me its only temporary. I bought some myself months ago and got disappointed.

Activated charcoal more so works with plaque like the outer plaque. But its not like the teeth whitening at the dentist where it goes further

On a positive note though they say for the best results for teeth whitening at the dentist is to clean your teeth beforehand and activated charcoal helpss to do that.

But ass far as going as deep as the laser for the teeth...no it doesnt do that. Your teeth will look slightly whiter but not as good.
