Heard good things about em, haven't tried tho. I've only had them bleached before some years ago. Think is was Carbamide Peroxide. My shyt was a lil raw feeling after the procedure but my shyt was on chip skylark status (pause)
Due for another treatment may just cop the strips

So many different suggestions and then folks saying it will destroy your enamel or make your teeth sensitive.
You could ask a dentist for natural methods, but they are just going to say the safe alternative is their practice and will book you an appointment

Just get some crest white strips.
Or get them professionally whiten. Doesn't cost that much.
You must be balling. Costs so much that my dentist told me to use whitening strips. They wanted $600 and insurance doesn't cover that.
