thats what i'm curious about. i dont know how id do this with my work at all.

^^^^ I have a 9-5. Office job - boring stuff. I'm only used to it bc I've been fasting since I was a teen - for spiritual reasons though. I could see how someone new to it would be ready to blow their brains out at the though of not eating for a long spell though. lol It takes time go get adjusted to it.
Staying busy is key and keeping your mind off food. You have to learn to recognize certain cues that trigger your brain for "hunger". I put hunger in quotations bc, most times we're not hungry, it's just the thought of food. It's our five senses fooling us a bit. It could be somebody at the job pulling out a lunch menu. It could be you remembering a jingle from a Burger King commercial. Or the rattling or crunching of chips you hear could trigger it. Or maybe smells and aromas from the lunch room. I take a sip of water or chew some gum and the small craving goes away for a few hours.
eat when it's TIME to eat. not after the workout the fast increases your sensitivity to insulin (a more anabolic substance than any celltech) so when do eat your body just EJACULATES INSULIN ALL OVER THE GODDAMN PLACEBig question,aiming to loose body fat,should i still be aiming for -500 caloric deficit every day while on IF? N how important is it that i eat post work out or at end of feeding window??

Depends on what those meals consisted of
It's simple man, just eating what you'd normally eat, just in a certain time block each day
3 grilled chicken breast,then a tuna sandwich on wheat,same thing err day,take it wit animalpak,about 1600 calrories, hittn my -500 deficit this way

I think this shyt is affecting my mood I've felt so fukkin mean and angry. every time i sense someone walking behind me I have to restrain myself from pullin a Jet Li.
they've been cut in proportion with everything else. might need an all out recomp. but I've also been on a libido stack, which could also be a cause.You're eating window isn't 12-8 if you're not eating at... 12 and 8.
Put the days majority of calories after the workout.
