Babell bent over rows, close-grip lat pulldown, pullups >>>> bicep curls.

Having said that I still throw in curls to some workouts just to hit them in a different way and prevent me plateuing. Variety is the key.

I have a fellow gym goer, who pushed for time due to having to go to work, never directly trained his hamstrings when doing leg workouts, so developed an inbalance that he didn't realise he had. One day he went to chase after his kid in the back garden and complete tore a muscle in his leg, which also affected his knee and he was seriously affected for months, much of his leg went purple due to bruising. I think some people neglect say biceps because they see it as a 'show muscle', believing barbell rows for instance do the job, but in my view I like to train every single bodypart at the gym, because inbalances not only cause injuries but it can look a bit strange.

Another chap, who admittedly was taking various chemicals ,used to love training back ,completely addicted to it, and neglected other areas, the man's lats looked like he had fukking wings it looked completely ridiculous, as his chest and other body parts looked much smaller.

All of them. I threw them in the bushes about a year ago and my arms have grown by just doing triceps. I figure i'm not really missing anything since biceps get a workout anytime i'm doing upper body work, but just wanted to get the opinion of some of you yoked b*stards.
Yes. I do.
Preacher curl bench with full extension helps you focus on the long head of the bicep. This is how you get the "big guns" look and you're not even flexing.
Gym hoe's be like, "Your arms are big, <giggle>"

I actually went back to doing bicep workouts a few months ago.
