We have been on the ropes because she refuses to shut the fukk up about Trump and abortion despite me telling her tons of times to not talk politics (my wife had an ectopic pregnancy so saying abortion should be illegal is like saying you think my wife should be dead or have gone into sepsis before getting care). I just don't feel like talking to her as she gloats about her beloved scumbag.

It was an asinine example, and I made it clear to mister terrific that even a realistic example he put up would not cause me to lose friends and family over it. Unlike you, I consider the relationships I have to be more important than the politics I vote on. You seem to take a different take on it.

I have in the past made it very clear on this website my order of importance when it comes to what I have concerns about. Family, Friends, My People, My Nation, Others. Notice, politics would fall into My Nation portion, meaning no Politics would never over-ride Family and Friends. I would never drop Family and Friends for politics, Never.
