anyone jump rope?

I sucked at first.

I thought it was something wrong with my jumprope. :skip:

But I found me a spot at a park where nobody is around and just do it. I'm getting pretty fast at it now and jumping from side to side, front and back.

Shins, knees kill you at first, but it's worth it.

Yea, but moreso as a warm up or cardio between sets - usually 5-6 2-minute intervals throughout a workout. shyts too high impact for me to do 30+ minutes and make it into my main cardio workout.
