how long how many x a week? results? neg/pos? thinkin about working this into my workout routine trying to tighten up.
I started a couple weeks ago.
I use to do it all the time when I was a kid.
I could never get the hang of Double Dutch though.
I currently do not jump rope now.

probably not. definition in the stomach is more about than exercise.
humans were designed to harbor most of their fat in the belly area. if you see more definition in the rest of your body you're on the right track, just keep it up. takes awhile to get abs.

I do it from time to time and i know it really works the calves pretty good and of course gets your heart rate up too.
