anyone jump rope?

Just using it to get more toned and I hate jogging. I wanna go from about 190 to about 182 or so. So far I've prolly dropped a few lbs

I try to do it for about 20-30 mins when I do it, a few times a week.

I use to do it all the time when I was a kid.

I could never get the hang of Double Dutch though.

I currently do not jump rope now.

My titties just can't handle it.

I do it from time to time and i know it really works the calves pretty good and of course gets your heart rate up too.:thumbsup:

probably not. definition in the stomach is more about :cook: than exercise.

humans were designed to harbor most of their fat in the belly area. if you see more definition in the rest of your body you're on the right track, just keep it up. takes awhile to get abs.

nah i know i gotta bring that body fat down to single digit but shyt taking so damn long and u cant front nikkas look funny when u getting tight everywhere with a belly. just trying to keep the fat burning somehow on top of everything else. cant do an ec stack so looking for another extra push gonna incorporate this.

LOL, yeah, no.

But, yeah, jump rope is good for the people who enjoy it.

I skip rope after every superset for 1 min - probably over 3k jumps a workout, but I don't run after lifting, etc.. Been doing it for years. I also box so its something that I've gotten accustomed to. At first you may have shin problems and get frustrated, but just keep at it. It's a very demanding exercise that can have you fit in no time.
