It all makes sense now . My grocery shopping budget starting August will be x<$100 I'm trying to keep it under $70. Adi's will be my best friend.

They are owned by the same people as Trader Joes

I work in the grocery industry. Their food, and particularly their meat, is quality as fukk. They cut costs by keeping the stores as basic and thinly staffed as humanly possible. Like they might have half the number of people a regular grocery store has working at any time. It's a good operation. Every time I go I'm like "wait I got all that for THAT????"

Thanks for this! They just opened one near my crib but I have been hesitant to check it out now I'm going to see what's up.

I've been buying all of my meats/seafood from Wal-Mart and produce/everything else from Aldis for the past 2 years. I've been sleeping though because now I'm seeing specials on chicken breasts for $1.49 a lb and 2lb of salmon for $6.99.

Only disadvantage is I can't pay with a credit card to get that 3% cashback but all the other savings outweight that by far.

I like how when I decide to cut back on eating meat, they start breaking out these retarded deals. I bought me some sweet potato, asparagus and spinach and kept it moving. Now only If there seafood game was on par with Trader Joe's.

i used to go aldis because it was close to my old residence..used to pick up my meats there..but now theres a trader joes down the road so no need

I thought Trader Joe's meat was expensive

I saw green meat at Walmart like 15 years ago and since then I can't buy anything there that isn't non-refrigerated
