Anyone here ever had Shin splints?

Being in the Army, I get them quite often on run days. Doing shin stretches before running is your best option. Google Shin splint stretches, they help.. Walking on your heels back and forth for a couple feet is my favorite one. Also running/walking backwards when the shin splints occurs helps as well.

I had to stop running on the treadmill because I was getting them so badly.
