Same could be said? That doesnt even make sense :what:

Let's compare numbers for how many southern/Midwest /west coast ppl
Move to NYC per year in comparison to NY'ers who move down south n c what numbers higher...how does that not make sense?

Oh and I hope by relocate u don't mean NC :childplease: maybe if ur talkin bout ATL but not NC

Just got back from my weekend in Raleigh, and all I can say is :whoo: . I hit up Crabtree Valley Mall Saturday afternoon. There was some thangs in there for sure. Got fukked up the rest of the night, wound up going downtown (I guess) to Mirage, which was cool. Then we hit Sola's (sp) after that, I haven't seen that many big ole country azzes in years :takedat: I love how the had all these different spots to hit up right next to each other, so easy to bar hop.

Sunday, it rained all day, so me and the chick I came to see stayed in the room all day :shaq: She even ordered a nukka some room service :myman: Raleigh definitely gets my stamp of approval.

Ncsu is 5 minutes up the street from me. Good school and best quality bytches in the triangle.

As far as Raleigh the city goes Ive been in the Triangle for 14 years and been n Raleigh for 7 years and noticed more transplants coming here now then ever before. To me its a good thing. If ur a boss/entrepreneur ass nikka u will love Raleigh for the same reason a lot o nikkas hate it, cuz there is a whole lot of opportunity for new business owners because its not ATL, NYC, LA etc. My boy took the idea of an upscale lounge from when he was living in ATL and made Smokin Grooves on new hope church rd & brentwood and white folks/black folks come in all the time and everybody loves the food. He couldnt do that in atl, nyc, tooo much competition. I started a film company and the NC Film commission jumped at a chance to work and help out a black filmmaker and his company. The reason it suc,ks is the same reason its good

Raleigh, from a single man with no kids perspective, is heaven. Those who do not agree either lack the mental prowess to take advantage of all the milk and honey Raleigh has to offer, or they lack the life experience and knowledge that would allow them to see it.. There are nothing but females there, everywhere, and quality females too. Educated, driven, successful, and BLACK.. although one other beauty about Raleigh is that there are MANY different races of females to choose from due to so many Colleges within the area. Aside from women, there are plenty of events always happening, huge parks, many eating spots tucked all over the city, job opportunities like crazy, and much more. The thing I noticed about Raleigh too is that while it may not be on the Charlotte scale it does far surpass Greensboro and Durham; and is the type of city with an abundance of goodies tucked away out of sight from the norm.. keeps Raleigh low profile and fun. Charlotte is still the best in NC hands down though..it's everything I said about Raleigh but on steroids.
