I bank with Navy Federal, only bad thing about them is they have a fairly limited branch/ATM network but pretty much everything else with them is solid as hell.
I have navy federal. Highly reccomended. So here are a few tips. Navy federal care more about loyalty, consistency, and time with them than anything. They don't really give af about how much money you got cause most people with navy fed got money. They good. IF you put in about a 1 and some change with them and have accounts with good standing with them. nikkas will you give crazy low interest rates, extremely high cc balances. I am 21 with 2 20k limits and 10k clc. If you see unrecognized charges or even jus regret buying sum let em know u wanna dispute n they ask no question. Money back instantly and they usually curtisy ship a new card. They not nosey or annoying and them nikkas really go out they way to help. Finally the customer service is second to none. I love them calling. NEVER had to ask to talk to a supervisor unless the person I was talking to just did not have the same screen
I second this.
I joined navy federal when I was in the military.
The best company I've ever had to deal with
Do you Have to be in the military or have a relative who was in the military in order to sign up for the NFCU credit union? That is what I keep hearing
I’ve also heard PenFed is another option for regular civilians who aren’t in the military and don’t have family in it
