Finally got a KB fight for march 23rd at 145. weigh 170 now. Figure if i get to 160, by mid January shouldnt be a excruciating weight cut. Training has been good. Going to start doing alot more judo/bjj cause our coach has some mma fights in the works for next summer. Deciding if i should go keto or just more cardio and healthy eating in general for the weight loss. Any tips for weight cutting would be nice.
