as an adult head of household, I wouldn't live in a townhouse or condo again due to sharing common areas. there's no way in hell I'd share a crib with folks thats not in my immediate family at this point in my life.

I rented out a room just over a year ago for 8 months when I moved out west for work. It was awful, one guy was an alcoholic and some fat chick that never left her room.

Got my own apartment after that

Like others have said get rooms with professionals and not just random people.

thats the thing. u really cant know wat your getting into intil uv lived there for awhile. even "professionals" can be the roommate from hell

Definitely, but hopefully if people have to go to work everyday then they shouldn't be up all night making noise.
