Works casino surveillance and knows how to count cards. Caught a card counter and got his ass booted out of my building, and I caught a Bet pincher this week and 4 last month. Damn Asians are trying to act up at my Baccarat tables.

my friend went to vegas last year by himself to play in the world series of poker tourney. it wasnt the 10,000 dollar buy in. it was just one of their small 1000 dollar buy ins.

he went there on like a wednesday and the tourney didnt start til thursday. he took out 500 and sat down on a blackjack table single-deck and was playing 1 on 1 vs he dealer. he went all the way up to 60k.....yes 60k off 500 dollars.

you already know what happens next. yup lost it all

started making 10k bets


he did get comped hotel and limo at the aria next trip

As for card counting, I`ve been caught and kicked out a few casinos. Being kicked out for counting doesn`t bother anybody, because you only get kicked out if you win a lot, and even then you only get kicked out for the night.

Fact is, if you haven`t been backed off of a Blackjack table, your not playing the game right.

Should have walked away. I love watching guys who hang around too long. It`s the funniest shyt ever. I saw this guy take a 50k marker on roulette when I clocked in at 3. He went up to 400k plus. When I clocked out at 11pm, he had less than a 10k left, and when I checked his play the next day, he was negative 100k.

The number one rule to playing at a casino is not to gamble. You plan out how your going to play, and once you hit your number, you bounce. Don`t stick around trying to get more, because the house aways wins.

Speaking of card counters, Tommy Hyland once visited my casino. Won 17k in 20 mins in the high limit room before the pit bosses recognized him and asked him to leave.

How do they know if your counting

The pit bosses and the guys behind the camera know how to count.

This is usually how it happens. John Smith sits at the table and starts $25.00 a hand. Soon somebody in a suit notices his bets have jumped to $200.00 a hand and he is betting two hands. So the suit or the Surveillance agents start to pay attention. Once the new shoe starts, they count along with you and see how you are playing.

My boss wants us to count along for three just to be certain that you are really counting and not just lucky, but its easy to tell after a single shoe.

Most times I'm happy just breaking even. Usually gotta avoid hanging with certain friends cuz all they wanna do is hit up a casino. Was playing poker often back in the day but not much now. Recently we gotten these electronic betting machines. Craps, roulette, and some sic bo game. Not the same but it'll do. Anybody else seen these?
