Had turtle meat twice in my life.. Once stewed.... where I saw them cut Donatello in half while he still had the shell on him, to clean and prep the meat.....
shyt was tasty and tender after simmering in homemade broth for about 2 hours...The 2nd time I had it was smoked..........
All in all, its an exotic flavor but it aint worth the process...Bama representer btw
