Anyone else need a fan, or some white noise to sleep?

Why do all y’all scary ass nikkas need some noise or a fan

I'm sure I have some form of insomnia, mainly in a quit room I would just think of all kinds of shyt, money,death,hoes,love ones, my life etc

I can’t sleep without some kind of steady noise in the background. If I fall asleep, and a car drives by, I’ll wake up. I’m a light sleeper.

I used to love taking naps in the warm months with a nice breeze coming through the window, until the loud ass kids across the street moved in and play outside loud as fukk.

What kind of white noise machine is good? I don’t want to leave an app running all night.

I have tinitus, ear ringing, because of an accident. I use a bluetooth headband to play rain noise to sleep.
